| Andrew
Fenyes served as the Vice President of BarterPlus
Systems Inc. in Toronto from 1991 - 1996 with offices
in Toronto, Calgary and British Columbia and was
instrumental in the record growth recorded by the
company industry wide.
In 1997 Andrew Fenyes was the CEO and founder
of Tradewins
Canada Inc. Canada’s leading retail business to
business barter exchange with over 1500 members in the
greater Toronto area trading over $20 million per
annum.
In June 2000 Andrew orchestrated the sale of the company, Tradewins was acquired
in an all cash deal by Barter Trust. Andrew was
appointed The
Director Of Canadian Operations of a global pre - IPO barter
company "Barter Trust" owned by a US firm funded by Vector Capital, El
Dorado and Draper Richards with $100 million US
raised from investors such as GE Equity, Deutsche
Bank and GM Pension Fund.
BarterTrust was a global barter exchange with offices in
the United States, Canada, South America and Europe.
In 2002 Andrew co-founded Trade Business Exchange (Canada)
Inc. of Toronto Canada, a leader in business to
business barter.
Andrew has acquired his CTB (Certified Trade
Broker) accreditation from the IRTA (International
Reciprocal Trade Association) and taught the program
internationally.
Andrew has appeared on The Life Network,
Investors Online, ROB TV (BNN), CBC and The Toronto Star
discussing the merits of barter transactions. Andrew
has received the coveted "Distinguished Service
Award" from the National Association of Trade
Exchanges.
Andrew
is an active member of the Board of Directors of
New Visions Toronto, which is a Not for Profit
organization that is funded by the Ontario Government.
